Susan has been in the realestate business for over 20 years and has owned and built Consolidated Property Management since 2007. Susan and Lance own a property portfolio . Susan helps to mentor investors in building their portfolio, and happy to have a one on one session. Susan runs a team  who manage the properties  for investors. Many of the staff own or are building properties themselves so know the importance of  having a eye to detail when managing a property and giving detailed information to owners

Susan has helped many clients buy and sell properties over her 20 +years , and works with Emma, to help clients sell and buy properties to live in or invest. Susan's Motto is always " Good old fashion service with todays tecnology"

Emma Little (Nee Taylor)

Emma is a qualified sales consultant and property manager. She has a wonderful relationship with our clients and has sold more than 100 properties in her real estate career.

Emma’s negotiating skills are next level and she always works to get the highest possible price for her clients. She understands the importance of selecting a sale consultant that will negotiate with her clients best interests in mind and has set a number of suburb records due to her amazing negotiating skills.

Emma owned her own business for 5 years before coming to work with CPM. She makes sure the wheels run smoothly in the office and works closely with Susan to help our clients with investing, selling and buying. 

Emma is also an investor herself so knows the true value of property ownership.

Vaughan is a dedicated property manager that has been with CPM since 2018. He is efficient and understanding in all aspects of the property management industry and is always prompt in arranging any maintenance work that might be needed. Both landlords and tenants are in safe hands with Vaughan as your property manager.

Margot has worked in realestate here and in New Zealand, she puts her hand to every task she is given and supports the teams portfolio, she looks after the admin for the property managers and is the first point of call for our clients when the property managers are not in the office.
